Hi,

For the Outreach meeting today:

* A new public community calendar now exists that is owned by the Evergreen
Google Workspace.
* It can be found at
https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=c_05a766b099f2c38cb45922aee618bdc832f8cd5b42e89eb7ff592fca4be827a1%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America%2FNew_York
* The calendar ID is

* There is a new evergreen-ils.org Google Group for calendar admins that
consists of me and Jason Boyer. I would like to request that at least one
non-Equinox person from Outreach volunteer as an admin. This group is more
about managing sharing and access to the calendar, not about managing events
* For anybody seeing this, please identify any IG/committee chairs (include
self-identification) who should be given access to add and modify events
(side note: we need to figure out how to maintain an official roster of IG
chairs)
