[evergreen-outreach] Zoom meeting recordings storage limit

Drat, so sorry, hit send before I looked through all the meetings. The
Reports IG meeting from May is up on Youtube (I uploaded it for Jessica),
so I deleted that one too.

I see that there's a recording for the Feb RIG meeting, so I'll double
check with Jessica if she wants that one uploaded and will resolve that one
too.

So basically...I'll stop littering in the Zoom cloud recordings. :D
