[evergreen-outreach] Zoom meeting recordings storage limit

[Jennifer Weston]

I deleted the Cataloging IG videos from TEP storage as we have them all on
the Cat IG YouTube channel. That should help.
(Plan is to reload these to the EG Community YouTube -- someday)
