I just did this update for C/WMARS last night.  I'm attaching the announcement that went to the membership.

Hello,

I've updated the Evergreen report templates to make it easier to remember which report is used to generate statistics from one interval of time to the next. Each template name now begins with a unique alpha-numeric identifier.  It's easiest to understand if I give an example.  This is a list of template names in the Acquisitions folder:

AQ-010.0 Expenditures by Provider (Vendor)
AQ-020.0 Fund Expenditures by Fund Tag - Complex
AQ-030.0 Invoice Summaries
AQ-040.0 List: Dusty Titles
AQ-050.0 List: Dusty Titles (can limit by circ modifier)
AQ-060.0 New Items Added by Active Date
AQ-070.0 Order Slips

The letters before the hyphen indicate the folder that contains the template:

AR=ARIS
AQ=Acquisitions
CA=Cataloging
CI=Circulation
CT=Circulation - Circulation Counts
CC=Circulation - Counts
CL=Circulation - Lists
SE=Serials

The letter following the decimal indicates the version. This will help staff keep track of whether a template has changed since the last time an instance of the template was used.
