[Evergreen-reports] Staff member work log queries

When I was a cataloging supervisor, I ran a report every day to show me
what had been cataloged the day before, with all its call number/bib
record/attributes/etc. so I could catch any errors. It had the relatively
unintended side effect of giving me an idea of how much work each person in
the department was doing. It was based on Create Date on the copy, with
date as yesterday. Now that we use on-order holds, that's not as good since
the copies are created far ahead of when they're cataloged. So libraries
who want something similar use Last Edit Date, which is much less precise
since that can change for lots of different reasons. So I added a filter on
that report for user's family name, and just put in the last name of the
people in the T.S. department.
All that said, I'd be leery of using this power to fuel a PIP, since
there's all kinds of things that a person may do in a day that Evergreen
wouldn't see.
