[Evergreen-reports] Staff member work log queries

For cataloging, we use a Count Items Added report that we've added creator
information for. That gives us numbers for how many item holdings (not
bibs) were added and by whom. I totally agree with Tiffany about reports
not being a full representation of what is done within a day. But I also
know how admin can be. Good luck!
