[Evergreen-web-team] Donation Button on Home Page

I don't think we need to put this out to the general list for a vote, but I
don't see why we need to restrict this vote to web team members either. I'm
assuming there are people who are not "official" members of the web team
subscribed to this list who may be following along and have an interest in
the result. I think they should have the opportunity to vote as well. As a
non-developer, I have appreciated the fact that I've occasionally been able
to give a +1 to issues affecting my organization during developer meetings.
I would like to extend that same opportunity to others in this forum.

-1 Until the site is redesigned, I'm fine with keeping this space as a place
where we can rotate things we want to highlight on the site. Perhaps we can
find something else to highlight in this spot in another month or two before
we want to start pushing the 2013 conference.
