[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Install 1.2 rc2, can not Finalize the OPAC

Hi Dan and Karen,

Actually, I put:
sudo -u opensrf ./autogen.sh /openils/conf/opensrf_core.xml

not the ../conf/bootstrap.conf. I noticed the difference between the
ver1.1and ver
1.2 on this part. I will check the log to see what happened there.
