Ok folks,

The problems with diacritics is solved, thanks to Dan Scott. The new
org_tree_js.pl works fine. I just had to run autogen.sh with a user that had
privileges to write in /openils/var/web/ directory. Like this:

sudo su - opensrf
cd /openils/bin
./autogen.sh/openils/conf/opensrf_core.xml
