[OPEN-ILS-DEV] error during installation of Evergreen-ILS-1.2.2.3

Dear Member,
I solved previous error that I had posted earlier in same forum.
Now getting error during installation of Evergreen-ILS-1.2.2.3
I am using Postgresql 8.3 for database  backend , is it suitable for
Evergreen-ILS-1.2.2.3  backend
Or, I have to choose 8.2 only because  running of make config command
it doesnot show any option related to 8.3 for bootstraping database
version.
Please guide me,
