I noticed this briefly when I stepped into a trunk OpenSRF environment
(and it disappeared when I switched back to stable OpenSRF), but I
haven't looked closely, being focused on the 1.2 branch.  The volume
tree retrieve call wasn't firing.  Will take a closer look soon.
