[OPEN-ILS-DEV] HTTP 500 Error on Config Bootstrap and Login Type Error

Hello All,

I recently installed and successfully tested Evergreen 1.0.4 - but I am
running into some problems when I try to access my server's configuration at
/cgi-bin/config.cgi

The problem is that I can access the file 'config.cgi' just fine, but I
receive an HTTP 500 error when I try to access one of the configuration
files linked off of the main page.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
