Howdy!  Try this staff client:
http://evergreen-ils.org/downloads/evergreen-setup-rel_1_4_0_4.exe

We just uploaded it and I tested it against your server with the cs-CZ
locale.  Works great, though I did notice a few untranslated strings
that may still be hardcoded in English or were added after the
translation was made.
