[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Taking the Plunge, Org Units

> IMHO, based upon the current OPAC design, the Org Selector offers the best way to filter by high profile collections associated with certain branches, but I would like to explore alternative options via facets on results, filters on search, etc.

One alternative, copy/shelving locations, is more prominent than it
used to be, and can now show up adjacent to call numbers.  It can also
be used a search filter, but of course, doesn't show up in the quick
search bar at the top of the OPAC.

Facets for all of these things would be lovely.
