[OPEN-ILS-DEV] EG connector to any open source opac overlay?

Hi, we're still/again looking at implementing one of the open source
opac overlay products. 
We're most interested in the two Drupal-based projects, Multifacet
(formerly SolrPac) and XC, although we are keeping Blacklight and
VuFinder in the list as well just in case. 
The biggest stumbling block for all of these is the connector to EG to
retrieve live circ data. 

Does anyone know of a successful instance of such a connector being
available for any of those projects? 

We had heard last summer that VuFinder had one, but we tried it and it
wasn't really functional. 
Supposedly someone is working on one for XC, but I have no idea what
their development timeline is, and we really want to bring this up live
before next fall semester. 

Thanks for any advice, pointers, etc. you can give!
