[OPEN-ILS-DEV] OpenSRF 2.0.0 final release

I spent a few hours today preparing the OpenSRF 2.0.0 final release.

This release features, along with many other bug fixes and enhancements:
  * a significant rewrite of the Perl service daemon infrastructure
  * many enhancements to the Python services and infrastructure
  * C library versioning
  * new unit tests for JavaScript, Python, and C
  * a more robust osrf_ctl.sh script that recovers gracefully from
unclean shutdowns

I seem to lack the required permissions on the new evergreen-ils.org
server to move files into the downloads directory, so I've posted them
at http://legacy.evergreen-ils.org/~denials/opensrf-2.0.0.tar.gz and
http://legacy.evergreen-ils.org/~denials/opensrf-2.0.0.tar.gz.md5 -
consider it an opportunity for a final sanity test while someone with
the appropriate powers moves them to their proper place on the
production evergreen-ils.org server / updates the downloads page :)
