[OPEN-ILS-DEV] OpenSRF 2.0.0 final release

Hi Dan,

I've copied the pertinent files from legacy over to live and also copied the ChangeLog file to the server as well.

Web pages have been updated so that links and names are correct.  I've also changed the wiki install instructions for opensrf-2.0 to reflect this official release version.
