[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Errors in pgAdmin

The tables pg_ts_dict, pg_ts_template, and pg_ts_parser do exist in the
database.  I have tried 'psql evergreen < tsearch2.sql' but this did not
fix the problem.  How do I check my search path?
