[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Ejabberd error

I'd be curious also how the system was setup. This may not be a
related problem, but if the IP or hostname were changed on the machine
between restarts, it's possible ejabberd is not starting back up
properly or trying to listen for things that no longer exist.

This has happened in other email threads like this one for example:
http://markmail.org/message/vgndc6spaggax6di

There are lots of ways of either purging ejabberd and setting it back
up again from scratch. Like my horrible suggestions in IRC one day:
http://irc.evergreen-ils.org/evergreen/2013-06-11#i_2725

I think others may have more peaceful ways of resetting ejabberd and
changing it to use the new hostname/IP though?
