Good Morning:
I work for King County Library System. We have 44 community libraries throughout the 2,000 miles of King County (excluding the City of Seattle) as well as one institution library, our service center and shipping locations.
I write the training manuals, quick tips and record narrated tutorials for many of our products. As well as create and conduct a majority of the training classes. As we move forward with our Evergreen project, I will do the same for it too.
When we implemented Millennium from Innovative, I modified a manual provided by the Allegheny Consortium (great documentation). It would be great if we could find a way of sharing documentation so we do not all have to start from scratch.
