Hi all,

I'm Paul Waak, acting as an advisor to the newly forming North Texas  
Library Consortium.  I will not be at the meeting, but I will be  
reading the minutes with interest.

For my own part, I would like to have a standardized way to document a  
consortium's configuration, policies, etc.  This would spell out for  
new members what options are available and provide some site specific  
documentation for later reference.
