[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Documentation for Adding Holdings with Monograph Parts

Kathy and Sarah,

I've updated the Monograph Parts documentation linked from
http://www.esilibrary.com/esi/availableDocs.php to include a list of
the permissions required.  Feel free to simply use the updated doc.
