[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Getting the Evergreen docs on your phone: generating epub

Hi All,

Documentation for 2.2 is now available in ePub format from the official documentation site. Download option is available from http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/.

There is also an ePub icon for downloading in the footer of the 2.2 documentation. See: http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.2/.

The ePub format will be processed nightly with the HTML and PDF formats.

Hi Robert:

I think it's good to go as is; it builds, and if we notice any other required cleanup, we can always throw more fix commits at the repository.

It would be great to see this generated on a nightly basis! Thanks!
