Thanks Robert, I would agree that it doesn't need to be part of the the
base installation. I have to say I don't have strong feelings whether it
goes under   "Installing the server software (BASE)"  as a separate chapter
or "System configuation and Customization" but i just feel it should be its
own chapter.
