[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] 2.4 documentation needs

Kathy and others,

On a related note, just yesterday I created a very basic version of  
the DIG  "2.4 Outline and Assignments" from the DIG home page, and I  
also put a link next to it for your "EG 2.4 needs" page for easy access.
