[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Question for consortiums

[Karen Foster]

On further thought, even though I am asking about about what's capable
in Evergreen, for those things that everyone had to agree on, (if you'd
be kind enough to take the time) it would be interesting to hear what
you decided on, & why.
