[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Z39.50 and UNICODE support

When using Evergreen 'Import Record from Z39.50' future and downloading 
latin script records everything is going well.
When I am trying to download records in Armenian or Cyrillic (from 
Arminian Libraries Union Catalog) the protocol is working normal, but 
only English letters and numerics are being downloaded and displayed. 
The fields which contain non Latin scripts are blank (see Z39.50-1.jpg).
When downloading my book (using ISBN) from the Library of Congress and 
ArmUniCat, then in the 'Results' window LoC record is displayed in a 
normal way (cataloging is done using Latin script), but for the record 
from ArmUniCat Author and title fields are blank (cataloging is done in 
Armenian). See Z39.50-3.jpg file.
Same picture is with Cyrillic script records.
