[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] cataloging

We currently have version 1.2.3.1 but our tech person said that he would
upgrade us to the 1.4 version that is now available.

Thanks for all of the suggestions.  Unfortunately nothing has worked for me
yet, but I will continue trying.
