[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen as Media Resource Management Tool?

Hi All - we use Evergreen's booking module to reserve videos and DVDs for
specific dates and times for instructors' classroom use. We worked with the
folks at Equinox to build it. It works just fine for our purposes.
It will probably need some tweaking for equipment booking. One thing we
didn't have the time (or funds) to do is add an overview calendar that would
let you see when a piece of equipment, resource, room etc. is already booked
- something like that would be a major improvement. Also, for our purposes,
there was no need to be able to enter a location where the booked item would
be used - we just sign things out to the instructor and they return them.
If you're actually delivering equipment and people aren't just picking it up
or just to better track where things are, you'll probably want a few more
details in the "reservation form".
Hope that helps a bit, if I can answer any more questions just let me know.
