Access is Canada’s premier library technology conference. The theme for
Access 2011 is “the Library is Open”, exploring ideas and initiatives around
open data, open standards, open source software, open access publishing, and
open archives. We are also open to your ideas, this year inviting calls for
submissions.
Tell us about a project you’ve rolled out, show us a prototype, or present a
new way of thinking about things. Success stories are great but we’re also
interested in near misses – what went wrong and what was learned? We’re
after good stories about technology in a manner that challenges, entertains,
and inspires discussion.
Not a librarian or from the library field? We’d love to hear how your work
benefits libraries in all sectors. We’re also hoping to hear more from
public, school or special libraries this year in addition to academic
libraries. Sessions range from 30-45 minutes. The final program will be a
combination of selected submissions and invited speakers. *Deadline for
proposals is March 31st.*

I've heard reliable rumors about a panel on various Evergreen
implementations. Can't wait to read your proposals!
Cheers,
Tara
