[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Library Settings bug?

We're testing version 2.0.2 and I've come across what looks like a bug
in the Library Settings Editor.

Everything looks fine when going through the various Organization Unit
Settings until I click Edit for the GUI: Default Ident Type for Patron
Registration setting. Once I click on it, a second Value box is added
to all of the other settings when I click Edit for a setting: a second
Value box appears right below the first with the drop-down for Drivers
License, SSN, Other.

This happens for settings listed both before and after the GUI:
Default Ident Type for Patron Registration setting and happens whether
I access the Org Unit Settings from Admin / Local Administration /
Library Settings Editor or from Admin / For developers / Local
Administration / Library Settings Editor. It  doesn't transfer from
one method of access to the other, though, meaning that if I go from
Admin / Local Administration, it doesn't happen getting there through
Admin / For developers until I click on the GUI: Default Ident Type
for Patron Registration setting again. I'm able to change a setting
without putting a value in the second field, but obviously it doesn't
belong there for any settings besides GUI: Default Ident Type for
Patron Registration.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior? I don't see it listed as a known bug.
