[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Canned reports

Thanks, Anoop. I was able to successfully load these reports following the instructions contained within the script. Currently, we are using these templates with version 2.2.  If we discover any compatibility issues, I will attempt to fix the problem, and depending on the results submit bugs or patches.
