Hi Everyone,
I have just started working with Evergreen and am new to this list. I am replacing Jennifer Turner at PALS in supporting Evergreen. I only started a couple of weeks ago, but I already have a question for you.
One of our libraries is wondering how to run a report with a filter for a relative day (or days) in the future. Right now, we only have the option to filter based on relative dates from the past-or a specific real date in the future. We were wondering has anyone done anything with this using reports?
While our library wants to use this to create a list to make courtesy reminder phone calls that is different from the output that Notifications/Action Triggers creates, we know that some other library may have some experience with this from creating some other recurring report (i.e., a report that lists patrons with expiration dates for the next month, one that lists items that have holds and an expected arrival date of the next month, etc.). If you have any suggestions, we would welcome your input.
Thanks in advance for any advice you may offer!
