[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Online vs Staff Holds

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for your response.

To avoid any further confusion, I thought I would clarify what I meant 
by the Staff Hold flag.  If you look at a hold record, you have the 
option to display the 'staff hold?' column via the column picker as 
illustrated in this screenshot.
