Thanks for reply but could you please tell me how can I get a custom client from the server?

The second issue means that the server does not support the version of the staff client that you have installed. Depending on the options that were used when Evergreen was installed on the server, you may need to get a custom client from the server.

A server error is usually logged in the apache error logs on the server. It usually means that something is wrong on the server and reinstalling the client is not going to make it go away. You'll need to look in the apache error log to find the problem before anyone can give any advice on how to correct it.
