[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Patron Search Inconsistencies

Thanks Jess,

I had looked at that setting before as well. The context is set to the correct library branch and I've tried the value as the default blank and as 100. I would have thought that would fix it. Both changes still listed only one patron when searching on one of the affected workstations.
