[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Novelist Added Content

I use apache rewrite maps to do per-hostname definitions of that  
particular ENV variable for MVLC. Obviously that won't work as well if  
you aren't using different hostnames (subdomains or otherwise) per  
library, though.
