[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Circulation History Tracking

Hello,

I have read that the Evergreen catalog allows patrons to turn on circulation history tracking. Can someone tell me where to find the command to toggle this on? I have turned on the "tag circulated items in results" flag in the library settings editor, but still am unable to find where patrons turn on the tracking!

Is there a script that needs to be run on the server to get this setting to take effect?

We are using Evergreen 2.3.2.
