[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Placing Holds on Records with Parts

Good Afternoon Brent,

Placing a hold on “All Parts” should only be placing a title level hold,
and items with parts associated with them should not fill the hold. I just
retested this on version 2.4.2, and it is still functioning as intended.
