[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Saving column width

I would like to widen the width of a column in the Staff-Generated Penalties/Messages area, so that the actual Note column shows more text. I can save the configuration of column width in other areas (Item Status being one), but there is no "List Actions" option at the bottom of the Penalties/Messages page to Save Column Configuration.

Is there a reason for this? Can the ability to save the column width in Penalties/Messages be added somehow?
