[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] General Keyword Index questions

Colleagues,

When we migrated, one of the note fields (tag 521) wasn't included in the
general keyword index. Is there documentation that describes how to add it
retrospectively?

Also, is there a reason why all control numbers (tags: 019, 020, 022, 024,
028, etc.) are not included, or should not be included, in the general
keyword?
