[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] "Reference?" in the Copy/Item record

The below, plus the collection/location information was not available in
the circulation matrix until very recently.  So, Reference? is/was
necessary to indicate to the circulation code that the copy is indeed a
reference copy.
