[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Installation question / comments

The same issue has come up a few times.  Installing Evergreen is not a
trivial task, even on a test server.  It has become much easier over the
years as the developers have tried to streamline parts of the process and
simplify things but it's never really been anyone's dedicated job to make
it as easy as possible.  We could debate about why, and I would argue that
part of it is that more emphasis has been on making Evergreen robust,
feature rich and scalable than easy and it's a different kind of creature
from Wordpress, Untangle, etc...
