[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Patron Record problem with 2.6.1

Here is a screenshot of the screen you get when "Register Patron(s) is
clicked

When attempting to edit a patron the record is retrieved but clicking the
"Edit" button results in the following screen

Clicking "Reload" does no good.
