[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Tag 880 indexing for CJK characters

Thanks Ben and Elizabeth Thomsen shared on indexing of 880 tags.  I tried
in NOBLE which does allow searching of Chinese characters, that means you
did indexed them.
Elizabeth, may i get more details from you on how do you localise / program
in your settings to index the 880s ?
