[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen 2.5.x has reached end-of-life

Hi,

The version 2.5.x series of Evergreen has reached end of life  This
means that no further releases in the 2.5.x series will be made by the
Evergreen project. It also means that no further security updates are
expected to be made for 2.5.x.

Users of Evergreen 2.5.x are encourage to upgrade to a newer release.
