Thanks Elizabeth and Kathy! I’m excited to see this when we upgrade.    We have a few email lists, but most reports are limited to one person, but it might worthwhile to look into for future reports.

The new feature is great for this, but another option to consider is using group e-mail rather than individual e-mail addresses in reports.  For example, if there is an e-mail address that goes to the library's reference staff, put that address in the report, the e-mail will always go to the right people no matter who joins or leaves the staff.

We’re operating on 2.6.3 and so I have to recreate the reports to include the new staff member.  Is that different in newer updates or on someone’s development list?
