[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Price for Pre-Cats

Hi Scott,
You can set a default price for all items that do not have one by entering
the value in the "Default Item Price" Library Setting, but it is currently
not possible to set this by circulation modifier.
This may work for you, though, if all your cataloged items do have a value
in the price field.
