[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Screen Readers and Evergreen

In a previous life I worked a lot with visually impaired populations. At
that time, a few years ago, ZoomText was the preferred screen reader for
our users though we had a few loyal JAWS users. I can't remember the
details but JAWS did some strange things with reading some page details
that weren't part of the UI. ZoomText seemed to hit the preferred balance
between features and usability for our users.
