Not at present. Hopefully OCLC will revert their change soon, but it
would be handy to teach Evergreen Z39.50 client configs about server
character encodings as there are certainly targets out there that
default to neither MARC-8 or UTF8. I suggest opening a Launchpad bug
if you haven't done so already.
